Possible Bug in displaying stored noise gate values?

Hi Everyone,

i have the strange behaviour that when you store a certain value for the noise gate in a rig, it does this alright. When you change the rigs the noise gate also changes accordingly to what you have set. However, when you turn the noise gate know, it always displays a value like 6,4 in the brackets (which should be the value that was stored in that rig).

I find that a little irritating. Could you please check if you have the same behaviour in 7012?

Take care...

Tested this with 7012. The values in the brackets are exactly those stored with the rig.

tyler is right. This happens when you lock the input.

This is obvious a feature, not a bug. Noise gate is part of the (locked) input section.

Thx Joe, i really did not think of that. You are right, i locked the clean sense value. I have to admit that combining the input sense locking with the noise gate setting is not an optimal solution. I would prefer to lock and unlock the Noise Gate settings individually from the input sense values.

Agree. Do you write the feature request?

I have to bring this up again.
Locking the input setting is fine. I have many differnt guitars with different pickups, that all need a dedicated input setting.
On the other hand, my noise gate settings are usually extremly different from rig to rig. That´s why I do not like to have the noise gate settings locked to one value. I want to recall the value individually stored with each rig.

I hope this one gets sorted soon - it´s drivng me crazy

In fact I cannot think of one reason why one would want to combine these two locking functions.... ?(
