I'm going to rehearsal tonight and the last weeks I have no problems with FW 1.05. Tomorrow I will install FW 1.06 and I hope I can install all rigs without freeze! Anyone tried FW 1.06 with more than 1000 rigs?

btw: my KPA case from Thomann arrived today and it's pretty cool!!!

i never got 1.05 running, and it might have been the rigs, because there are plenty on my kpa. just updated to 1.06 without ANY problems. so finally i'm running the better latency (nothing scientific, just the feel) and man, this is a BIG step for me and my kemper rig. i liked the sound before, but i had a hard time playing... now it's pretty cool.

edit: pretty cool means pretty awesome in this case ;-)

POP's are gone in 1.06 - parameter jumps (e.g. Reverb mix) still there ....

However 1.06 seams to be very useable now.

1.05 has been stable for me. No pops no crashes. I'll wait a day or two.

After 2 hours of playing, OS 1.0.6 is working 'without a hitch' here  I like the way you can jump to patches by the Letter (As, Gs, Zs...)

Didn't got 1.0.5 running.
1.0.6 started flawless.
Great
Have 1138 rigs on it. Rig messiness, I know.

Ok, I got one question. I'm not sure if my ears are screwed - been playing a lot today but here goes:

Boot up the KPA with your favorite rig (let's call it rig1). Play this for a while. Change to a rig2 and immediately return to rig1. Rig1 now sounds thinner and seems to have more presence.
Turn the KPA off and back on and rig1 sounds fine again.

I dunno, is anyone else getting this or is my head screwed up today?
I will test this again tomorrow as it might be my imagination... plus I'm sleepy
