Digitech C2 midi question

Just throwing this out there. I've been looking for a foot controller for the KPA and I have a Control 2. This is the best foot controller I've ever had, it just works great. I think this is a midi controller with an RJ45 plug for power.
Does anyone think this can be converted to use a regular midi cable?

If anyone has a thought on this let-r-rip.

Well...you could put the GSP in 4CM mode, NOT use his preamp and add his effects to the mix. The midi controller stuff for the C2 is really in the GSP. I'd bet you could program it to pass midi info and not use his sounds. I meant to grab mine from last night to mess with it, but it was 2AM and I spaced it. I was using a rocktron all access but just finished getting the midimate to work. Smaller, but only one pedal jack. I'll live with it I think. Careful if you use the midimate. It seems that every individual PC has it's own pedal setting, and the default 0 will crash the kemper-every time. I didnt have that with the all access.
