What about the power amp'ed KPA shown at Musikmesse

Hey,

so the black KPA shown at Musikmesse had a built in power amp. Anyone knows some specs?
When will this be released - will there be some kind of "mod kit" for the "non-power-amp" KPA?

A friend was at the messe and said that the power amp will be able soon but amp would have to go back to Kemper for retrofit :-(
Also the Rack version (3U) is coming..same price

Which part? The 3U version or the "send back to retrofit the amp" part?

That's ridiculous, I can't believe that.
What Mr. Kemper told me is that, unless you are comfortable with dismantling the unit and retrofitting the power amp unit, it is indeed necessary. This is not a module of sorts, but a power amp instead that corresponds to another version of the Profiling Amp which contains a power section that MAY be used with the current KPA, unless the unit is to replace current KPA's permanently.
