found bug midi and Gain

Today I programmed my midi controller and I discovered a bug with the gain knob.
If you have a comment in the tag when you go on another rig by midi the gain goes to 5.9.

I use the 1.07beta.

Sorry I was wrong. that not the tag.
But changing the tag it solves the bug.
