Only then it will work.

Yep, I did that a long time ago. I just re-checked and all of the right boxes are checked. I resubmitted my preferences just in case. Still doesn't work.

Yep! Strange... I can push the "PM Hoth" button, but once I try to send the PM off, it says "Hoth doesn't want to receive PM's"... ?(

I did receive it but it was a little hard to understand due to the numerical jitter and intermodulation effects.
