Been on here for a few months, finally posting. So far I've been pretty darn happy with the doom toaster! I came from an 11r and wanted to upgrade, which consisted of deciding between the KPA and the AxeII. What finally sealed the deal for me was the "crunch" sounds that were coming out of the KPA that I didn't hear as well on the AxeII.

Last night I prolly smiled more playing through this thing than any of my gear so far. I grabbed a couple guitar backing tracks and fired them up. The first being "just got paid" by ZZ Top. I was going through different profiles and having a blast... the london amps, dumble, /13, splawn... I could have played just that all night. Next I dialled up a Mark V looking for a nice crunch sound that JP gets in "on the backs of Angels". Soon as the verse hit on the backing track and I had the Mark V going, there was my "crunch"... Yes!
