Midi-wah pedal also lowers volume

I have an issue with my Behringer FCB1010:
I use controller Nr. 7 as volume pedal which works quite nice.
Also I want to use the second pedal to control the wah effect, but this pedal lowers the volume, too if I press it down.
The second pedal is used as controller Nr. 1. The values for both pedals are 0 to 127 on midi-chanel 1.

Did I something wrong or is this a bug?

By the way I'm using FW 6900.

Check out that the 2nd pedal is not sending multiple CC on midi 7 as well...

The CC messages are correct I've checked them with Ripwerx.

Now I have successfufly stored a rig in which the wah and the volume pedal are working correct (no changes on the Behringer FCB)
Sometimes if I load a new wah effect into another new rig I have this problem again :cursing:
but the successfully saved rig is working just fine.

Edit:
I found a workaround: I locked the correct working wah and stored it into other rigs, so it also works correct there.
