Operating System 1.0.4 Release (svn7097)

- S/PDIF out is working as expected now
- A cabinet related crash condition has been addressed
- fixed: return input level
- RIG Keys work as "cursor" if a browser window is displayed

Known issues:

- newer public beta versions have lower latency
- noise level (if no guitar is plugged) is to high
- led collar not showing respective values under certain circumstances
