It's not nice manners but i was upset.
I waited many months to avoid the "hospital" version because i though the black version looked better and now it looks like a robot or a synthetiser.

The layout uses sharp angles instead of rounded ones.(Bauhaus look)

Ah now I got it! Seems the site that you get redirected to when you enter kemper-amps.com has changed! It was http://kemper-amps.com/page/render/lang/…_Redefined.html before and that's also what I have bookmarked. And when you open this page the black one does not show up. But if you just enter kemper-amps.com it does. ?(

What's a shame is I really think the design and non rackmount may be hurting this profiler. I hope it's suceeding, because I can't imagine where they could go from here. It's been an incredible tool for me!

I don't see any differences with the black version from namm and this one !
edit: OKay, i see, i also do not prefer sharp angle but difference si light !


I like a lot both kemper, this geek, sci-fi, retro design is just awesome !


But i'm disappointed by the store, it's more expensive that i expected ;( i think i will buy it (if i buy it) in another place...


Is the black version is already available in the store ? cause i don't see it.

I think they have to sell it for more than the stores otherwise the stores wouldn't carry them. I think the only reason they are selling them direct is for people that are having a hard time getting them in certain areas of the world. I may be wrong, but that's just my thoughts. Stores usually get mad if you sell direct and even more upset if you sell direct for lower price.

I would have thought they should concentrate all their efforts on making the firmware bug-free before venturing into different flavours of hardware....efforts going in the wrong direction !
