Electric Mistress tone?

Guys,

Did anyone find good settings for emulating an Electric Mistress? I'm thinking of Gilmour's Young Lost tone here... that flanging is very, very hard to replicate in my opinion.

Note - may also be using a Yamaha RA-200 rotary speaker as well in parallel with his Hiwatt/Electric Mistress/DDL.

It's more apparent in live versions, yes. I'd of course like it if I could make either the Rotary or Flanger or Phaser or anything sound like that, but I suspect that the biggest key factor in this is the Mistress.
