Sharing some Boogie TriAxis test profiles - the 767 seems a little dark, the 2020 seems a little bright (condenser mic through ART mic pre) and I think I like the JXI - need to see if I can mix it with another mic, though... That comes later.
Also included a couple of pedals through a clean patch on the Boogie - a heavily modded Boss Super Distortion and Feedbacker (three profiles represent different clipping circuits) and a Danelectro FabTone fuzz for your listening pleasure - think "Reeling in the Years" for that one.
The "a" suffix indicates a modded Blues Driver is in the mix. "X" indicates it is a rig I've messed with in the Kemper to try for a particular tone...
Love to hear feedback on these - get some "other ears" on them... I'm not as worried about getting identical to the amp, but looking to get great tones on their own...
Anybody out there use MXL Ribbon Mics? Worth even trying?
