After 20-30 minutes with the kemper on the screen goes blank and all the led lights quit. If you try to shut it off with the main knob it doesn't respond. I have to pull the power cord out of the back to shut it off. It boots right back up and works fine for 20-30 minutes and the same thing happens. I haven't loaded any new files in lately and i haven't updated firmware for a while either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Al

Make sure you've got less than 1000 Profiles saved on your Kemper.
I know you know this, but, do it again...download the latest firmware, format your USB stick, put the Kaos file onto the USB, re install the latest firmware.Support will give you instructions to sort it out.
It's not a hardware problem, it's a firmware thing. -
I don't think you need to do a reset, but it couldn't hurt.

I had exactly the same problem today, two times in a row. I played a little bit and left KPA on for about 30min, came back to the room and found the KPA on blank screen. It didn't respond to any knob and I had to shut down my power rack to turn it off. I turned it back on and left it again for about 20min, after confirming it was booting up normally, and found it on exactly the same status... This is very weird. I will report back if this happens again.

Since I updated to 4 , I have had my remote reboot a few times , and during one time, my kemper screen turned white , but came back as soon as the remote came back.
i never noticed this in the past, and asked support, they didn't think it was connected to the new firmware, but told me to keep an eye it -
Hi there, I have exactly the same issue, the screen goes blank after few minutes of playing, sound is still there, midi controling is ok but no screen!!!

I also am having a similar issue, except the screen never shows anything. I haven't plugged in to test it out because after the first 5 minutes of owning it I haven't been able to get any text on the screen whatsoever. Kemper is suggesting I boot an old OS, but has anyone confirmed if this is a hardware issue? Sweetwater is already arranging a replacement for me, so I might just get that to be safe.
