Haven't heard of Reignwolf yet?! Then check this thread out - no excuses...

Hey guys,

it's more than a year ago that I discovered the music of Reignwolf and just yesterday I heard he'll be opening for Black Sabbath in Canada. I'm pretty sure 99 % of the users here will totally appreciate his music but probably not know him, so let's change that.

I don't know when I saw or heard the last time a musician being so skilled and passionate with what he does. If anyone tells your that todays music suck make sure to show him this thread to prove that person wrong.

There's no doubt he has a pretty unique sound, but a new Hendrix? Really? I don't think he comes near to Jimi's strings let lone Jimi's ability.

That's what I really like about this forum. It's a gear manufacturer's user forum but this community proves that it's all about making and enjoying music ( using a great piece of gear helps a lot, of course ). Don't miss the gear heads from other places.

This guy is pretty cool. I first watched him play on a radio show on youtube. Amazing how he keeps time with that bass drum!

He is very talented and has a great style! Nice! I saw this sometime back.

Up in Canada we have someone named Gordie Johnston (Big Sugar and a who host of other bands) who is like this so we are kind of used to this based on what we hear on the radio and our CRTC guidelines. Big loud bluesy guitars. Similar vein.

I finally had the chance to see him yesterday live in Berlin. Bloody awesome gig. The club he played was pretty small and the sound was not great but that's more due to the club itself than reignwolf cause the performance was just unbelievable. Great songs, phenomenal guitar work, a lot of interaction with the fans and I think I have never seen any other artist with that much passion. He really reminds me on John Frusciante when it comes down to this.
Best thing was that the spoiled Berlin crowd went completely nuts. That doesn't happen that often here.
