(and yes, I know I goofed a bit on the Mr Scary clip, but the tone is what matters. Do better than I did and send me a clip of it!)

Bought!
Sound from "Lay it down" form Ratt - Warren de Martini would be cool!
Yes! Yes! good stuff.
Bought! Can't wait to fire them up this weekend.
Did anyone try these yet?
Enjoy fellas! BTW, don't forget to check out my contest... send me your clips!
Just curious, are these tone matched profiles done by ear or by using software like Ozone? I've thought about buying some of these but haven't really like most "tone match" profiles in the past. A lot of times they sound really accurate but just don't feel as "real" when software like Ozone is used IMO.

I have over 20 tube amps (from a 1960 Fender Concert to a late model Splawn, and everything in between from Randall MTS gear that I've modded to 9 or so Marshalls, some Mesas, Fuchs, Fortin, ADA, Jackson, Ampeg, Voodoo Amps and more, and a dozen or so cabs here, plus a two notes torpedo and several mics and preamps, so I can get ballpark close before I mess with matching software. Sometimes I've even used a 'giggity' pedal or overdrive to help get the sound right. My feeling is, if you just take a distorted signal and slam a matching EQ in there, you're not going to get as good a result as you would if you matched the tone by hand first and then just had to gently sculpt the tone to match. Then in some cases I may need to use one of the slots for a post EQ or even an effect to match the type of overdrive used on the tone I'm matching, or some small amounts of post profiling tweaking.
Great case in point - my Mr.Scary profile. When I matched it, it didn't have the 'grit' that the original had. I used a effect on the Kemper in slot A (not a overdrive) to give it more grit and match better. It's something that the EQ matching wouldn't do.
The clips sound awesome!
Pete, I just got this one and the Ratt/Dio pack. I use your Brown Sound pack as well. We play Runnin With the Devil and I had guitarists in the audience freaking out about how close the RWTD profile sounds to the real deal. Your profiles quickly filling out my performances for my 80's hair metal cover band. Keep it up. Excellent work.
Any demo of the Pornograffiti profile? When I had an AxeFX I created one and got pretty close...psyched to hear the KPA version.
Also, a Waiting For The Punchline-era one would be cool....his tone on that was so stripped down and badass.
Pete, this is a little OT but wanted to bring this to your attention. I noticed a bad link on one of your pages:
http://petesprofiles.weebly.com/profiles-for-sale.html
Clicking the "Bogner Ecstasy G75 Private Stock Profiles" link just brings you back to the home page.
I tried to PM you, but your account won't accept PM's. Also, the email link on your page doesn't do anything - maybe there's some broken javascript on the page that stops it from working.

Fixed and fixed. Thanks man! I set up PMs here, very weird. I'll double check it, it's worked in the past. Appreciate the help man!

Pete is a nice male....
donbarzini is an amusing male......
Pete , is there any chance you could try and capture some classic Yngwie Malmsteen tones? A great rhythm, solo and clean? There are so many great rock and metal tones but I have yet to see any really good Yngwie profiles that does his trademark tone justice. I'm real impressed with your skills and you seem like you could really do them justice. If you decide to do any instant buy!
