Best Blues profiles

Hey guys I have had the KPA for 2 weeks and setup all my performance banks so far for my band that play's mostly 80's metal and classic rock covers but once a month I get together with some older guys and play some blues. The lead guitarist love the KPA and is buying one as I type.

I know the first things they will say(who comes to play the blues with a processor) so I have to impress them so my question is what free profiles will do the trick.I plan on buying some profiles but only have a few days to put this together.

I love the Matchless Chief Cactus so that's in.

From the stock profiles the D'luxe profiles are very touch sensitive, also try the AC 30 profiles, and the infamous Morgan AC20 from the rig exchange.

I really dig the factory profiles - my favourite for blues guitar: Pure Blues (I guess, that's what it's called).

Hi Manchild,

Blues comes IMHO from the fingers and how you play the tones and how play with the dynamics... the amp sound is not so important. It can be from clean to higher gain (e.g., Gary Moore) levels and many amps have been applied from Fender to Vox, Marshall, Mesa etc... I would not be concerned to start with one of your classic rock settings...
