I see many new faces in support and on the forums since NAMM 2014 - and i have to say, Kemper's customer support these past weeks is immaculate. Best i've ever met.
Extremely fast response times for support (thank you, Mr Scheffler),
spontaneous follow ups to weeks-old support questions (Mr Schlaile),
and steady, effective and pleasant forum presence (G string) -
and these are just the guys i've had the pleasure to deal with lately.
Of course, not detracting from any of the familiar staff - timo, DonPetersen, Burkhard and i'm sure i'm forgetting someone, but i'm senile so it's all good
