Why Mark V? Are you looking for clean/crunch tones, or more interested in Ch. 3, which could be Mark IIC+, IV, or Extreme mode.

If just Mark IIC+ or IV profiles, try searching also for that on the rig exchange.

I like DJEmass new mark IIC+, and James Harvey's Mesa Mk V (Mk IV) (but I think I use a Lasse Lammert cab for this one). Also, if you search threads, Thumas has a bunch of Mark III Red Stripe profiles that are really good, and if you pre-EQ them a bit, you can get a real ronchy Mark IV sound from them.

Since the Mark V is marketed as being able to get Mark I, II, III, and IV tones, we may need more details to suggest some profiles.

Can you give us some specific song examples of the sound you are after? What guitar(s) will you use to get the sound?
