100% agreed. I'm all for simplicity and useability, but it's a real shame to see such a beast so leashed in comparison to many 100 € devices
But a lotta functions aren't midi-supported, i. e. the ducking features in the FX.

Oh, thank you! This must be new stuff. In the documentation I used for creating my editor (guess about 6 weeks ago) there wasn't a parameter for ducking.

My understanding is that there are a lot of undocumented MIDI commands, and only selected companies have access to that information (uno4kemper , liquid foot...), probably because it's hard for the kemper team to keep up with full , accurate documentation at that point. Maybe you can ask them directly.
Does anyone know how I can send midi from computer and use the FCB1010 at the same time? I got Cubase running my rig switches live, it works great. But it's also nice if I could have a backup plan if something goes wrong with the computer:)

You can use a midi merger for this.
how about a learn button for a certain parameter like software sims offer , ?
simply select parameter in kemper then press learn then press button on your midi controller , and presto it maps it!!
