Rig Manager... wont work properly...

    My profiler is connected to the computer, but import the rigs on my KPA. I have tried reinstalling, i have tried everything. Any other solutions?

    You need Win 7 or newer. Which version of Windows do you use?
    Have you tried to use any other USB-Port on your PC?
    Did you changed the USB-cable for testing purposes?
    You need firmware 2.3 up. Which firmware do you use? Should be v2.3.3 to work proper.
