I have been messing/tricking/playing/enjoying with my KPA since weeks and now I would like to start from scratch, delete everything as it were new, when I mean everyting I really mean everything. How can I proceed?

Not sure why you really would want to do that.
But here we go: Make a backup, open it, delete all the content (i.e. rigs, cabs, etc.), restore the backup, then re-Initiate the factory profiles. -
Isn't there a factory reset function? If I remember correctly, there is, so use it?

This is finally what I did, but I did not find this function under 2.3.3, so I had to revert to 2.1 first to do a factory reset, then reinstall 2.3.3...
The empty backup file might be a quicker workaround

What I did was doing a backup, then entering it with either winrar or 7zip, deleted all the presets/profiles i didnt need, restored backup, and voila!
