When turning the browse knob the line selected moves up 1-3 lines then back 1-3 lines etc... Been like this for a few months. How do I contact Kemper to get this fixed? Can't find anything on the website.

I have the same issue, support recommend me a manipulation but it doesn't work.... So, i leave this because i don't want to return baxk my kemper:)

My Browse Knob is ok but I got an error with the Volumen Knob (not the Master Volume) on my toaster. When I try to change the volume a bit the knob often works like a switch. This means there will be a great jump maybe from 0db to 5db without anything in between.
Maintenance Mode says all Knobs are ok. Any suggestions?Thank You !!
