Despite selecting that I don't want to answer any survey questions, every single time I try to download anything (new firmware, rigs, rig manager beta installer, etc) I get prompted for the survey questions. Really frustrating.

I don't get asked to take surveys. Are they from Kemper, or for other things?
If you are being asked to take surveys, you probably have a Browser Plugin (a download manager, perhaps?) that is generating the surveys. You may have "opted in" to Browser Ads at some point.

I received a Kemper survey one time. Filled it in and it has not come back.

This is obviously some kind of virus or tracking gone wrong on your PC. Run a virus scan immediately.

No, it was on the Kemper site. And asked questions directly related to the Kemper such as did you buy new or used, online or brick and mortar etc...was only 20 or so questions.

Does you computer accept cookies/not accept cookies? Clear out your browsing cache and see if it goes away too.
