A little question guys. I made the 5.0 a couple weeks now. Today I bought the 65AC30 pack. When I upload profiles kemper says no import necessary.
I searched on the browser but can't find the profiles.
Help? -

Hello Rabatavus,When you are in BROWSE mode, check to see if you have "All Rigs" selected when you are browsing your rig pool. Use the Soft Button #1 to select the View, and ensure that it is set to view "All Rigs".
Let me know if that helps.
Cheers,
John -
I sorted All rigs and by name. I have 5e3DLX, and it jumps to 67lowman. another question, if I do a backup to the kemper. will I keep the midi assignments? I spent a lot of time setting a pod hd500x as a midi pedalboard...

Rabatavus,I don't own the particular AC30 pack by Michael Britt...so I don't know exactly what the filenames are. Did you double check on your computer, what naming convention Michael is using for the .kipr profiles in this particular pack? Are you sure the filenames start with a number?
-
yup kipr files start with 65 voice ace30.
-
Hmmm.
Well, try deleting all files in your Kemper USB flash drive's "Shared" folder, then recopying the MBritt profiles from your computer back into the "Shared" folder on USB drive, then put the flash drive back into your KPA and try importing them once again.
And just to do another sanity check...you are trying to import the individual .kipr files, yes? You can't import an archived file (for example rigs that are in a .ZIP file).
Cheers,
John -
I did that. put all the profiles I have assigned in midi positions as favorites. Deleted all non-favorites. The usb was still plugged to kemper the whole time, I tried import and this time it worked. Weird. and it is named 65 voice AC30...
I guess I'll never get what went wrong
Well, back to reuploading all mbritt profiles. Matter of fact, I think I'll stick to just those. so good! -
@lonestargtr
I watched your live broadcast in Facebook regarding profile sample recordings and since that I have been pressing F5 on your profile web page for a to see if the 5150 pack would show up. Any timeline for that? I can't wait! -
cant wait to get it,, Thanks Mr Britt,,

I have some new profiles in the works that I'm busy finishing up tweaks and recording clips. I was fortunate enough to land in the March issue of Guitar Player magazine... very stoked and thanks to Guitar Player and Michael Ross, who did the interview last year, and Christoph Kemper for making such an awesome piece of gear.
do i spy this correctly- the March 2017 edition?
anyone any idea when this pops up on the uk shelves? -
Yes, March 2017 issue. Just hit stores in US this past week. Subscribers got it the week before I believe. I'm working on finishing up the clips for the 5150 pack and I'm shooting for some time this week unless something comes up to push it back. Back to work!

The new 5150 profiles are awesome!!! I love them and having them profiled with two different cabs is like having two different rock amps. Thanks for the amazing work Mike!!
-
Thank you Michael. Always a pleasure using your profiles.

Guess I know what I am doing this weekend...
