Loud "internal" clipping with a specific rig - Input and output levels are fine

I'm having this issue too - DI profile of my amp head was too low for the profiler to "hear it" so I had to turn off the Gain reduction switch on the DI,
Now when ever I play - the LED in output is always red or orange.

How do I fix this for this profile - there's no Cab section, just Amp and EQ.

I get the same "clipping" issue as discussed in this thread, Looking for a fix.

Turn the Volume knob down as needed, and resave the rig

I'm having the same issue with an acoustic that I run through the Kemper... I used the Acoustic A, B etc profiles, but everytime I pluck a string a bit too hard, it makes an ugly pop noise, really loud. I am using the power amp version of the Kemper, and it's connected to a V30 guitar cabinet. I turned off the CAB and AMP, but stll the same problem...

Check the usual suspects. Any LEDs clipping?

The output led is clipping.

I've had this too particularly when using the kemper wahs. I had to turn the volume down to its minimum and turn the rig volume down too. No other rig had output clipping with the same input settings though.

If any of the modules are outputting high clips a compressor after them cohld tame the whole issue down, if you need an overall higher output.

PS: volume = rig volume?

Volume in the wah section and volume of the rig with the main dial Good idea with compressor tho, it could help.
