The ONLY thing you actually NEED at this point is: plenty of time to explore the capabilities of the Kemper.
I suggest NOT getting anything else at this point.
Play. Listen. The Rigs that come with the Kemper are very good ones.
While there are excellent free rigs on the Rig Exchange, and excellent rigs from Commercial sellers, you may very well already have everything you will ever need in the Kemper already.
So.....have BIG FUN with it!

Yup find your sounds and enjoy the machine you don't really need anything else.
-
Play and enjoy!
Easy. -
You've got all you need to make it sound good. What I'd recommend in addition is a internet-connected computer (PC or Mac) where you install rig-manager (RM) and hook it up with USB to the KPA. It is much easier to browse through and test rigs from the rig-exchange with RM than copying kipr-files around manually.

Awesome setup Congratulations sit back and enjoy!

Thanks guys
very warm spirit here
only thing I was wondering is I keep seeing some MFC or somethingwhat is that
also where is the best tutorial on youtube

thanks

For home use, you can change Rigs with the front panel controls.
There are some options for foot controllers to use when changing sounds (the MFC is an example). But, a Foot Controller from Kemper is expected to be made available soon.
Note: If you only need a few different Rigs, It is also possible to use a simple dual foot switch for Up/Down Rig selection.

Only suggestion might be DAW software. What are you using now? You've got guitar tones and monitoring down. Are you looking to record? Are you already doing so? If I had the gear you have, and wanted to make some epic guitar music, I'd just look for DAW software that offers some decent drums. You can do bass w/ the octave FX in the Kemper.

Nice setup!
Yes, the only other thing I would get is a foot controller for switching rigs/presets. Or a couple expression pedals so you can use wah/volume.
The FCB1010 is a reasonable ($) alternative, while you wait for the KFC.

Im formerly pro tools 8 user but I switched just recently to studio one 2
i like writing but when it comes to recording as much as I like to, my mixing skills need a lot of work
thanks everyone !
so those 2 foot controllers are the more popular?

Decent set of headphones.
-
1) Get a USB cable and Setup the Rig Manager on a Computer and look up "Best of" and "Favorite Profiles" threads and give those a try.
2) Get a USB Stick, format it within the Kemper. NEVER LEAVE IT IN the Kemper. You could potentially forget it and hit it while storing and ruin your USB port!
3) Decent set of headphones ($100 pairs are great, read up on ones folks like on this forum)
4) Carrying Case (if you expect to move it)
5) If you pine for Commercial Profiles, my initial suggestions:
a) TAF (theampfactory) Pack 6 "Boutique" (Andy is offering a 40% Black Friday discount, PM him for the code)
b) MBritt's Pack 2.6) Go to a nice lotion/cream store for ladies and buy a set of hand/foot/face creams for your wife. Because you aren't going to be seeing her for a while, and this might help keep her happy while you ignore her and everything else playing your new Kemper. This period only last for a few years.
