I know that the world needs another Vox profile like I need a hole in the head but ever since I read that the Edge (U2) has a blue and a silver speaker in his main Vox AC 30 (http://www.musicradar.com/us/n…age-setup-revealed-223342) I have been hoping for a chance to try that out. I recently met someone who has quite a few great amps including an old Vox and an assortment of speakers and he agreed to put a silver Alnico in for one of the blue's. I hope to do quite a few profiles of the amp but before I do, I wanted to post one and get feedback from members on the forum about what I could do to get a better profile as I have not created any profiles before. For instance, the amp cleans up with the volume down and dirties up as you roll the volume up. When I refine the amp (I used a Strat in 'quack' position) should I keep the volume lower and cleaner, higher and distorted or somewhere in the middle? Or should I create separate profiles of all three? For this profile I went with where I have been playing the amp - around 6 on the volume on my Stat with just a bit of break breakup. Feel free to download the profile here: http://goo.gl/X1vLaT and any criticism is welcome (though if you could qualify why you do or don't like it, that would be helpful).

Thanks. Big AC lover here.
Personally I like to see amps profiled at their sweetest spots which in most cases means at least one different setting for single coil and humbucker guitars. -
