Profiler won't connect to Rig Manager(Solved)

Hi and Happy holidays to all

I'm trying to use Rig Manager for the first time and can't get it to connect with my Profiler. I'm on a Mac Pro 10.8.5. I've tried reinstalling RM, different USB cables, Using a HUB not using a HUB etc.

What am I missing? The manual just says connect and it will start scanning but that's not the case here

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How have you solved it? In my case it was faulty USB cable.

I believe the different cable did it although the old cable works with other devices so I'm not sure. I'm just glad it's working now. Thanks
