Use standard symmetrical XLR signal cables on output.
Or specify what hardware do you want to connect to the KPA and what type of inputs are in this hardware.
I use the main outs to run my IEMs then I can take advantage of the space effect which is really good when using headphones. I feed the FOH with the monitor out using a TS lead
On main outputs use XLR balanced if you can - to avoid 50 Hz AC hum - but your In ears have to have balanced inputs. TS are unbalanced.

KPA on monitor output have only TS connector:
"Monitor Output:
¼ inch TS unbalanced with ground lift max. output level: +16dBu"
TRS is for balanced or stereo signal.
TS stands for tip-sleeve and TRS stands for tip-ring-sleeve.
Yup 1/4" unbalanced, I've even used a 1/4" to XLR adapter to get to FOH and it worked great, no noise issues.
