And, it can be set up that way with up to four effects on a button.

Self appraisal post.. nothing to see here
-
Congrats Andy on the air time!!!!

The Remote can do this easily. Simply assign one stomp in its bypassed state and the other one in its active state to the same switch-instant toggling!
Wow, that is amazingly intuitive! Amazing, thank you for the clarification, that sounds extremely cool!
-
But then, how to switch both effects off ?
-
But then, how to switch both effects off ?
Have a different performance with that assignment maybe?
-
or, have another switch programmed with a different setup of stomps? no?
-

I think if you stomp on buttons I-IV a second time, it turns the assigned FX off.

If you have a switch set to toggle two different effects in a rig or performance slot, one of the two effects is always active.
-

You can have a different Performance Slot with a "both effects on/both off" assignment. The switches are programmed Per Performance Slot
-
Or, like bluepowder suggested, program a different switch in the same performance.
-
or, have another switch programmed with a different setup of stomps? no?
No - You cannot have a second switch in the same Rig or Performance Slot that conflicts with another switch's action on a specific FX Slot.
-
...ooops... what a pity
-
Or, like bluepowder suggested, program a different switch in the same performance.
If it is assigned in a different Performance Slot, yes.
Example of a performance:
Slot 1 - has a Switch that assigned to FX A On *or* B On
Slot 2 - has a switch that assigned to A and B On *or* A and B Off
etc.... -
Yes, thanks, got it
-

Slot 2 - has a switch that assigned to A and B On *or* A and B Off
etc....
I know it's early but... 5 performace slots and only 4 effects buttons, kinda leaves one of the slots out in the cold doesn't it. Only makes sense that each slot could have up to 4 effects buttons programmed to it.QuoteBesides toggling the status of
stomps and effects, each of the Effect Buttons can also be used to trigger so-called “Action & Freeze” functions,
for instance “Rotary Speaker (slow/fast)”.
✔✔On/off switching cannot be combined with “Action & Freeze” for the same button.
Quote from the KPR manual above. So, if only one switch was allowed per slot and you picked "Action & Freeze" then you couldn't do anything else to that performance slot. Kinda limited or I'm missing something. -

Kinda limited or I'm missing something. You're limited to the FX you have setup in a slot. So say Slot 1 has wah, you can't use that slot to activate a pitch shifter, for example.

wait... so say, you have a rig with a wah, a bosster, a chorus and a tremolo. they way i understood it is like,
you can assign any combination of these boxes to any switch in any combination of on/off-states.
or am i totally off here? -
If it is assigned in a different Performance Slot, yes.
Example of a performance:
Slot 1 - has a Switch that assigned to FX A On *or* B On
Slot 2 - has a switch that assigned to A and B On *or* A and B Off
etc....Then it will happen, when Switch II turns off all effects, Switch I is pressed again (turns one of the effects on again)
and then press Switch II (to switch off again) ===> Nothing will happen (The effect will be apparent)
Seems to become a bit complicated for me (look at my picture, I'm really busy when playin`) -
Maybe I'm catching on to something, maybe not.
Manual Quote:QuoteEffect buttons I-IIII
These four buttons can be freely assigned to switch stomps and effects on/off. They can also be used to toggle
features in certain effects. Their respective assignments are stored per Rig. Each button can be assigned to several
stomps and effects, if you wish.
Per rig? Up to five rigs stored per performance correct? Sorry for the misunderstanding on my part.
