I think it helps to show that SM57 is not only a bright fizzy mic and how mic placement is so important. As I say a small video is always better than long speeches... Here straight to the point and very useful for profilers

yeah, spot on!!

And this didn't even take into account distance from the speaker, or cab placement in the room...

There's something to the saying "if you can't make it sound great with just a '57, then you can't make it sound great, period".... Or somesuch...
