I just wanted to thank G String for all the recent comments in the Forums. We've been a pretty crabby community lately, and the comments are helping restore a little calm. There is friction and problems with any product launch, and all in all, I think the Kemper promise of quality and support is still holding true. Looking forward to moving forward soon!

I think it's great that the Kemper team come on the forum and take an active roll even CK himself. I've been an active member of the Pro Tools forums for a long time and it was very rare that someone from Avid/Digi would come on and take an active roll. So when I joined the Kemper forum I was shocked to see how active the team were. so thumbs up for the Kemper team

Its tough putting your hand between dogs fighting over a noodle, but G String has done it without drawing blood!
I think the thing to remember here is that Kemper's products are so good they create passion and passion can create a lot of heated debate. Kemper is a company that has your back. I've seen it straight up for 2 years now.
You can see the company's mature internal culture through G String's warm and very patient help.

Great thread and I absolutely couldn't agree more.
It's clear that even though this may be his directive working for Kemper, GString has been actively burning through all the customer questions and uncertainties he can with this pioneering program. No simple task for sure by the sheer volume of requests. And all this with diplomatic professionalism.
I'm sure the rest of the customer support team appreciate him as much as we. -
And not always within normal work hours as well, I've noticed. Very much appreciated.
