Amp List for Merged Pack Please?

  • I've got most these amps figured out but can't find an amp list for some weird ones like the MB 5e3 Luxury and a few others. WHERE is the amp list? I've looked everywhere.

  • Here is the list for my profiles in the new rig pack:

MB 3rd Cln BF - 3rd Power Dream Weaver prototype, blackface channel clean
MB 3rd Plex Tim - 3rd Power Dream Weaver prototype, plexi channel with Timmy (set for slight boost) pedal in front
MB 5E3 Luxury 1 - Oldfield Honky Tonk D'luxe 5E3 Tweed Deluxe clone

    MB 5153 Ch 1 - EVH 5150III Ch 1 clean
    MB 5153 Ch 2 - EVH 5150III Ch 2 overdrive
    MB 5153 Ch 3 - EVH 5150III Ch 3 more gain
MB Little Queen - Headstrong Lil King, blackface Princeton Reverb clone
MB Mars MP - 1972 Marshall 50w JMP

MB OTS Cln 1 - Ceriatone Overtone Special (Dumble ODS clone) clean channel

    Hope this helps!
    Mike

  • Thanks! Glad you like them. Check out all the clips on the site and see which pack would work best for your style of music. There are good ones in each pack, but 2 seems to be the most popular. 3 is catching on quick, though.

  • Hi Michael,
great sounds in 3.0 Firmware pack. I have bought 1,2 & 3 and found loads of outstanding s
ounds!!! One little request: could you use the same rig author name for all your packs? There's "M Britt" (pack 1,2&3) and "M. Britt" (OS 3.0 content). When I sort my rings by author I'd like to see all of your rigs.

thank you one more time for great work!

Thanks and I'm so glad you like the profiles. As far as the author tag, I usually use the M Britt one but the tags may have been changed after I sent them to Kemper because I know they changed the rig names too. You can always take out the "." in Rig Manager. Thanks!

  • Ok i add my own list :)

The thing about direct profiles, is when I did these (long time ago now) - they sounded extreme close to the real amp through its own cab..(Kemper >Matrix > (Correct amp cab & Speaker)) - since using this with other studio cabs I have here. they wont translate too well. different resonances etc etc.. but I did have a lot of trouble getting things to work though at the time, DI captures were somewhat buggy back then. and had a lot of bother trying to make the merged sound real enough like the studio profile. - It did not quite work for me, so I focused them purely on a real cab... - since then the FW has been a bit more stable, but not yet perfect.. - so a lot of good things can come from this. but I think its still too early (personally speaking)
