This bug existed a long time. If this is your issue, a downgrade won't help. But installing the next firmware (3.0.1) will help.
What is the ETA for 3.01 ?

- stay on 2.x.x until 3.0 is mature;
- there are certain rigs you won't be able to use until you're on 3.0: ignore them for the moment;
- you can go on profiling your amps exactly like you did before, if ever;
- play music that makes you happy

Step 4 really should be step 1 though, unless your Kemper doesn't boot.

I am not sure what has happened with my KPA but I was experiencing the Non-muted tuning. I haven't changed anything since uploading the update and now all of a sudden everything is working great. I can't explain it but it works.
