Thank you Kemper Online Orders Team

  • Hey guys, I just wanted to say a big 'Thank You' to Oliver at the Kemper online orders team (as well as everyone at Kemper working hard to put out the products and send them to us) When I initially ordered my remote I put the wrong credit card on the order. I contacted Kemper and asked to have the payment method changed to Paypal. They confirmed that it had been changed but yesterday when I received my shipping confirmation, it showed my credit card had been charged. I contacted Oliver back and he immediately changed the order to Paypal, sent me a payment request and told me as soon as he got payment he would reverse the charge on my credit card. Great outcome to what could have been a frustrating experience. Now my remote is on the way and I've paid via paypal, so thank you so much Oliver, I know you probably have a million things to do but I really appreciate your taking the time out to switch things around in order to make my customer experience a great one.
