My DI profiles were done using 3.0.1. Saving them again doesn't work. I already tried yesterday.
Thank you

Kemper also mentioned in previous wrong sounding merged cabs, that they were saved correct but wrong loaded. So dont delete your profiles at this time

Ok. Thank you!
Hi Kemper
I can assure that this is %100 definetly a 3.0.1 issue
The saving process / option does not fix it.
Ben
i have been able to save direct profiles however I did discover bug that may be related.
after saving a few profiles some of them were very low volume.
Not just the direct profiles.
I found that if you don't go back to browse mode before starting a new profile is not right.
by the way, I picked up a LiveWire Solutions SPDI passive direct box for only $29Guitar Center.
And has a 40 DB pad and sounds fine.
Emilio
A pity that Live Wire DI is not available in germany. Nice find.
UPDATE
I lodged a Support Ticket with Kemper
They emailed me back almost immediately and asked me to email them my problem profiles to them
I have now emailed them the 2 files
Now that's what I call GREAT SUPPORT !!!!!
If you want to hear how BAD a Matchless / Ceriatone DZ30 can sound when its profiled with 3.0.1, I have loaded the 2 Direct profiles that I emailed Kemper on the Rig Exchange.
Download them and run them through a real cab......you WONT be impressed ! .....well actually, what WILL be impressed upon your ears is a sound that should never be "heard"
Just search for " DZ 30 " and you will find CH 1 Clean -and- CH 2 CRUNCH.
Other than profiling, refining and saving, they have in no way been tweaked ....... trust me, no amount of tweaking could make them even remotely useable ...
FWIW ..... at these amp settings, into my Real 2 x 12 Cab, I can honestly say that these 2 real amp sounds are UTTERLY AMAZING !!!
The Direct profiles however sound honestly TERRIBLE - literally nothing like -any- amp should sound, let alone like the DZ 30 that has been profiled
Hopefully with my profiles -and- other profiles they have also been sent on this issue, this can be fixed a.s.a.p.
All the best to all and kudos again to Kemper for getting on to this " issue " / " bug " so swiftly.

Great stuff, lets hope they sort this.
This is why I keep myself from upgrading to version 3.0 and later. Thank you all for posting bugs like this, it keeps me updated.

No need to NOT update. There's only a problem with saving and loading merged profiles ATM, like @Deadlightstudio mentioned above.
The normal performing user is not affected at all.
also: i have no problems here, not any and profiled/merged a lot
so maybe 1 of 1000 if not less has a problem and nothing to be afraid of

With your merged profiles i haven't too! But i have with other merged or DI profiles! Let's see...
interesting....
interesting....
..... just to re-iterate, strictly speaking I wasn't doing a " %100 " pure 3.0.1 Merged Profile as I was not mic'ing the speaker box ....so the only thing going in to the Kemper was the Direct feed ..... although I doubt this would be causing this "bug" (?)
no there is no need for merging, you can also profile only di for use with real cab, or even load a allready merged cab from someone
I thought as much. Just checking. Great to get this confirmation from someone who clearly knows what they are doing and producing DI profiles that -ARE- real.
