This is so cool! Is a million thanks enough?
Agree with this so much. Well done guys haven't had time to try it yet but it looks great

Volume for amp and cab are the same parameter(also in KPA) - no sense for me to doubling it.Besides - do you have a cab with volume pot ? About the split - yes it is possible but i don't think that reflecting ideally KPA layout can improve things - only make it more complicated instead of simplification. It's just my opinion .
But let's go for a compromise:
[Blocked Image: https://www.dropbox.com/s/irr7ss8fz98hqes/KPA_proposition3.png?raw=1]I had no idea they were the same knob, also on the kemper!! That only makes the layout more pleasing
Anyway, I will still split the amp parameter section up into two for my own layout - eight knobs in a line are a bit hard to overview at a quick glance.
-
Another layout suggestion - more space between gain and EQ knobs, and EQ and rig volume knobs - like on the kemper
And may I say - it does look smashing!

And now? (added input and output section -(searching for nrpn 's - still working on it)

And now... Looper NRPN's works on FW 3.02?

Yep:) -
I don´t know if this has been asked already. Is there any change to port this project to tablet devices? iOS/Android.
-
Yep:)Some ideas:
- buttons to navigate on rigs/cabinets etc.
- to replicate the functionality of the KPA_Looper_MIDI_Converter implemented with the jazz plugin: connect the FCB1010 (or other) to a laptop running KPAEditor and the laptop to KPA, let the KPAEditor translate CC from FCB to Looper NRPN... I don't know if it is possible with CTRL
- ability to edit pedal/effects patrameters. A lot of works and some great idea for graphics are necessary...
- buttons to recall rigs (and parameters). I know it is difficult
There is a list of NRPN's? -
Hello all,
some time ago I also started to develop an editor. It's far from being ready now, but I think it has reached a presentable state.
So here we go:[Blocked Image: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ahfkwmkirppx2jp/Toaster.jpeg?raw=1]
It's developed with c++ and qt5 and it's aimed to be multi platform (Win/Mac/Linux) and open source.
The look&feel is based on the l&f of KPA with a (multicolor) display in the middle (not implmented yet) and multi-purpose knobs for the edit-mode.Comments?
Regards

Makes me feel like home

ThomasGreat graphics with some good ideas (separate knob for sense, monitor anbd headphone volume). The display and multi purpose knob must be real difficult to implement. I'm very curious to know how do you think to manage stomps and effects parameters. I think that the 6 knobs for mod (not present on real rack KPA ), delay and reverb are usefull only for live situation and more parameters are needed to edit a rig...

Waohhhh, very nice interface !!
Feel free to share your tool with the community so that we can provide feedback asap.

Hi Damian, I will contact you tomorrow evening to see what it i spossible to organize.
Thanks a lot !!By the way I could extract some amp/cab tags in the following panel

Wow what a thread to come in on, incredible work guys, this all looks amazing!
-
Beyond the all technical genius I'm seeing.
We have the additional benefit of "non-ego" talent camaraderie willing to collaborate for a better product.Only seen it here folks.

This is getting way too cool

Thanks - great job about tags:) I rearranged a littlele bit ( so we have KPA edit Tab - Tag edit Tab and Performance Tab ) .I've implemented your scripting:) Once again thank you for your work:)
I think we can calculate value for example for bass (-5:+5) with this formula instead of taking it from MIDICodegetBassValue = function(mod, value) if panel:getRestoreState() == true or panel:getProgramState() == true then return end local dbvalue=(string.format("%.1f",(((100/16383)*value)-50)*0.1)) panel:getLabel("RIGBASS"):setText(dbvalue) end

What do you think about this?
