I recently received my Kemper Remote and am ready to part with my Behringer FCB 1010. It has been gently used and is in excellent condition aside from a few small scratches on the bottom. The controller currently has the Uno4Kemper chip installed. I'll also include the EurekaPROM and the original Behringer chip, as well as the stick-on labels for the EurekaPROM. FWIW, I prefer the Uno4Kemper over the EurekaPROM -- it ends up working a lot like the Kemper Remote.
