I want to remark again, that this Company has the mot outstanding , exellent Service i ever experienced.
Sent in my Remote for Service on Thursday and got it back today, Monday.
This is remarkable and i want to mention and thank HJ Scheffler who arranged all this.

from time to time i think about it if its better to fix it
but its hard from me to sent my Kemper away
even when they are so fast in service -
Service quality is what separates the men from the boys, I reckon.
Dodgy customer support, IMHO, is the first indicator of a company that's just in it for a buck... today; nothing else much matters to these folks. At the other extreme lies Mr. Kemper, where the quality of his product is matched only by the level of support from his team.
I'm old school, so this is the sort of scenario I used to expect from all organisations. Not these days 'though; now, if it happens, it's a hugely pleasant surprise... and pleasantly surprised I was! As a bonus, it helps justify the "huge" outlay for our beloved beasties.
Well done, folks, and a special mention of HJ who's the only person I've dealt with so far, and he's been an absolute legend.
