I have been an Axe Fx user since 2008. My latest version is the Axe Fx 2, but after I got my Kemper in February I hardly ever use the Axe anymore. Wonder why.. Here is a tribute to Jason Becker and his Perpetual burn. I use the Kemper (you can see the axe fx2 in a rack underneath, but not in use) and a Telecaster, maybe not the first choice on this song, but it was easiest to tune down to Eb in a

No need to tune down your guitar. Put Transpose in stomp A, set it to -1 and you're done. Make sure you're monitoring loud enough because you don't want to hear the strings in E while monitoring in Eb.
