Since 2015-03-30 we didn't get any new update.
Does anybody know if there is something new on the way?
Did I just confess to have GAS for new FW? And they say, that with KPA you don't have GAS anymore...

My guess - only a guess - is that we will get something EPIC before the end of summer summer summer summer summer summer.......
I am NOT a beta tester, so I have no *inside* knowledge.
Maybe the new Line 6 Helix might start a massive and awesome firmware release. So the KPA totally kicks it's arse
I hope Kemper will not compete with Line 6 even if their products had color display across whole front panel.
... beautiful sig, BTW
I guess I'm the opposite - I like that the Kemper doesn't need constant updating (unlike another product I won't mention )
... and when you do, it sounds the same
I'll be happy when we get spring reverb and the expanded capabilities of expression pedals connected to the Remote. But mostly spring reverb. Spring. Re. Verb.
Spring Reverb-verb-erb-erb-er-er-b-b!!!!
switch support on the remote, cannot be that hard...
I think the next major update will be before NAMM 2016 with special Spring Reverb FX responding to the vibration of the housing of KPA
Looks like this turned into wish-list, which is perfectly OK.
So I would like to see old edit mode (aka. Direct edit mode) option.
And the spring reverb should be there too. BTW, only 5 days of Spring left... Hurry up!
My wishlist would be, better room verb/resonance/sim/profiling, old edit mode, spring verb, continuous speed control on the rotary effect, slow gear/reverse-reverb effect, delay insert effects, reverb/delay as stomps, and of course lots and lots of bugfixes
Haven't done the numbers but Kemper seems to do updates about every 3 months.
Sounds about right, bro'.
Booyah!
The numbers:

2014-10-27 fw 2.7.0

I wonder when the selectable tonestacks will be available, haven't heard a word about it in a while and I thought it would be released in 3.0. Also I'd really like to have more flexibility and a more predictable behavior on the ducker, something doesn't feel right about it, maybe being able to select the trigger input from guitar input/module input would solve it. Besides, going from 0.1 to 0.2 is often too much, in fact I wish instead of many parameters going to such extremes in the KPA we had finer control over them in the range that actually matters.

Actually the tone stack's are selectable i think ( by type knob) but these are only presets for eq.
There's also the option to change their placement, pre/post to emulate either Fender/Mesa style or Marshall style stacks. I believe this is what was eventually revealed to be this particular feature rather than controls with different ranges and tapers.
Deny is probably referring to the tonestack library containing all the various tonestack layouts as per the real amps.
We discussed a lot about this in the first years of the Profiler, since Eng. Kemper had released an interview where he had talked about it.
