TRS (stereo) plug into the jack on the KPA, mono plugs into the "in" and "out" jacks on the VP. With my G-System, it matters which plug is connected to the "in" and which is connected to the "out". If one way doesn't work, simply reverse the two mono plugs at the VP and you should be good to go.
