Make my Eureka equipped FCB 1010 work the Wah!

Hi Guys!

Sorry! I'm sure this has been covered before, but I've searched the forum & the internet (and RTFM'd) but I can't find an obvious simple answer! FCB does everything else its supposed to, including volume adjust (right pedal) but I can't for the life in me get it to activate Wah! I've been through all configs, have a wah in the chain, and the Kemper is 'seeing' the left pedal work in the system submenu, but the thing won't cry for me!

Simple non tech explaination for a flat earther much appreciated!

I don't have any experience with the eureka prom, but i would try to configure the other pedal that seems to be working for volume to act as a wah pedal. If it does, the other pedal may be defective (assuming you have set the wah to pedal mode).

I'm not near my Kemper at the moment, but if I remember correctly, There are a couple settings under the Rig or System menu that have to be changed. One of the settings is pedal range, I believe.

Since the KPA can 'see' the pedal's movement:

1) Is the left pedal set to "wah" in the Kemper System settings?

2) Is the wah's Effect Slot turned On in the rig?

3) In the Wah Effect settings, Is the wah set to Pedal Mode?

Not necessarily slot 1, but I recommend to put it very early in the signal chain. Mine is in slot 2, in slot 1 is a loop for my external Digitech Mosaic pedal.
