Can I use the TS & XLR Outputs together?

What I'd like to know is, can I use the TS outputs as sends to my on stage monitors (Yamaha DXR10's) and the XLR outputs as sends to my FOH desk/PA simultaneously?

The reason is, I have a stereo setup onstage that I would like to replicate at FOH.

If not, what is the best configuration for stereo sends as above?

Will using both sets of stereo outputs (XLR & TS) affect the output signal strength? - i.e. is there send signal level degradation?
