Thanks to a quick Rig Exchange search, I can tell you It did not come from any current Rig Exchange or Factory Rig.
It may be a converted IR (but, that is just a guess, based on Google).
SOMEONE should know, I hope 
Hey Taz, I recognised it straight away; the trick was to find the source as I have many thousands of IRs for use in convolution plug-ins.
It's a Marshall1960A cab with G12Ms, mic'd with a Beyerdynamic M160 placed in the "cone" position as opposed to the cone's edge, 1 inch away.
