anybody noticed a mechanical sound from inside their Kemper when its physically moved, or turned upsidedown/rightside up?

Can you record the sound and contact support?

Lost roach clip? Couldn't resist hehe....

I had a loose circuit board screw from shipping when mine first arrived. I felt comfortable enough to open it up and retighten everything and its been running great for over a year now.

Also a rack mount.

Might be the spring reverb?

Same thing here. Mine too was delivered with a loose screw inside. You may open it (take all the black screws off) and you will see where it fits. I didn't notice any broken seals when opening the unit.
