What is the best way to use the Kemper's effects with a tube amp? I just want to try it out and see how it sounds but want to make sure I am setting it up right. Thanks!

Several possibilities here.
If you don't need any stomp FX you can put the whole KPA in the loop of your amp.
>>> Amp send > KPA in > KPA out > amp return.If you want to go 4CM, place a loop in Slot D, then go
KPA in > KPA send > amp in > amp send > KPA return > KPA out > amp return.
In this case slots A-C are stomps before your amp, slots X, Mod, Delay, Reverb are post amp.In both use cases make sure to switch off the stack in the profiler.
It may be necessary to check the levels, especially clean sens in case 1. -
