It works on Win 7.

Hi Ingolf,
they mention on the download page that you need OS X El Capitan (10.11) to run it...Actually, my bad... I should read these notes better and try it first before posting.
Just this part of RM is only supported on El Capitan: Rig Manager 1.5.17 Release is a feature update introducing Performance editing among other enhancements and fixes. it is required for Mac users running OSX 10.11

I suspect it is a driver issue. The latest RM for OSX doesn't add or fix much other than support for ElCap. Looks like the new driver for some reason is not backwards compatible with older revisions of OSX. I have upgraded my macbook (unfortunately ... there's tons of issues) and found I had to upgrade to RM 1.5.17 to make it communicate at all with the profiler.

can you see Profiler in the USB tree when you open System Information? -
I had problems with the driver yesterday on Windows 10 - the profiler came up in the device manager under Other Devices > Profiler with an exclamation mark next to it. The only way I could get it to work was by right clicking and in the meny selecting uninstall the driver, then reinstalling the driver manually pointing Windows to the Kemper > Driver folder in Program Files, which then found the driver and installed it, everything back to normal.

Update: after updating my OS to 10.11 ElCap my profilers are not recognized by RM either.
Profiler shows in system tree though. -
Update: I deleted RM and re-installed again.
Now my profilers show.Problem solved.
-
It is highly probable that the real problem is (at the actuell version of RM) to install over an existing installation , there does not occur in your and my case , the problem with the new installation .
-
we believe to have found the reason for the connection problems and will issue a new version. for those who can't wait, delete the old driver located in "/System/Library/Extensions/KemperProfiler.kext" and reboot.
best, gs -
Yes Thanks, now it works fine, Problem solved Thanks !
Kind regards
