I own a Liquid Foot LF+ 12+. Why you're asking?

Fair enough if true but the Helix was designed for 4 cable method and to control a bunch of gear so its hard to believe that only one message pre switch. Even so you could make that msssage send another one from a different unit in your midi chain I believe?
My friend, you don't have to believe me but just read the FAQ's in Line6 official page
QuoteIt's only one message per switch (or two values, for CC Toggle and CV/Expression Toggle messages), but you also get up to six buffered commands that are instantly spit out when recalling the preset, even if they're not assigned to a switch.
Basically you can send up to 6 different messages while changin preset and just one per switch.
It's just a little more than a midi buddy in terms of midi implementation, seriously.
Not bashing the Helix as a multi Fx, but just telling you what is capable to do as a midi controller. And i can tell you that Mastermind, Liquid foot and Godious are simply top notch controllers.
In the end, a Fiat is not a Ferrari just because it has an engine and four wheels

For myself, zero regrets or buyer's remorse about my Kemper. The only modeler I have a teeny bit of interest in because the demo sounded so good isn't the Helix, Ax8 or Amplifire, but... Guess anyone?
Theta Pro DSP.Cabs have woodiness and thump. Chorus on cleans is insane.
That's my best guess, 'Bagger.

Alright, then I'll go for Bias Head

Yep, that's the one. Unfortunately I don't see that unit selling well at all with all the competition out there, and it seems the company isn't even trying to market it.

Theta Pro DSP is not a amp modeler but a solid state preamp. The cabinet section is most probably IRs and it sounds amazingly well! The chorus is the best I heard too!
I don't understand why ISP don't push on the marketing of this remarkable preamp. Of course there are no color touch screens, lights and all the whistles but the tone seems to be there.
-
So the ISP preamp is the same as the DSP but without FX? It's a serious contender for tech21
It sounds very interesting . -

It sounds very interesting .Yes. The Theta is only the preamp section and the theta pro dsp add cabs and some darn good FXs to the package.

Yes, it's flown well under the proverbial radar. That made my day, 'Bagger. 1st guess. Great minds think alike, and great ears, well, hear alike, no? LOL
Good to see that there's love for some of the tones on offer from the unit here. IMHO, this illustrates the fact that we're not gear snobs or one-eyed fanbois (although we are fanbois, aren't we? Just not one-eyed LOL), but rather that we here in Kemperville appreciate good tone, period.

I put a long post here but then realized I'm hijacking this thread, AND the Theta Pro DSP deserves its own thread, so I'll continue here:
ISP Technologies THETA PRO DSP
(thread should come with a 1980s warning. )

You say? So these green leds around the knobs aren't copied after any competitive product?

Let me be 'that' guy for a moment.
2006 called and wants it's Behringer Vamp LED rings back!:D[img]http://s10.postimg.org/5se3yqd…nger_v_amp_pro_433773.jpg[img]

The 2001 version of the Behringer had LED pointers, too :

As good or better than RJM you think?
The little Liquid Foot+ JR+ has as much functionality as yours? My friend, you don't have to believe me but just read the FAQ's in Line6 official page

A fiat 127 was pretty fast in the day!
Also I have souped up rice rockets to beat Ferraris at the track! Haha
But yeah I am happy to be wrong because then I learnt something! -

The little Liquid Foot+ JR+ has as much functionality as yours?I didn´t work with the RJM. So I don´t know.
The JR+ is the same as the 12+, but it has 4 switches and displays switches less.
-
Sorry but a Fiat 127 was never pretty nor fast. NEVER...

2006 called and wants it's Behringer Vamp LED rings back!:DWell
1) AX8 LED's are that much Kemper's greenish
2) I cannot see that Behringers LED rings work like Kemper's
Behringer LED was to show one or more of few values - Kemper's LED rings represent what is value is selected and all LEDS from 0 -> value are used to present that.
-
Woosh.
LEDs were invented in 1962 and since then used as indicator lights. Everybody after the first implementer has coldheartedly copied the method and therefore infringed on human rights of photons involved.
Why not use sharcs (s.i.c.) with lasers or bioluminescent magic shrooms?
Out of imagination much?
</sarcasm> -

</sarcasm>Nobody here said that Kemper invented leds?... The innovation is just in the way they use them. But you already know that don't you?

Haha, this needs to be dusted off.
