Hi ! I'd say any good clean with a chorus FX for the intro / chords, and some JCM 800 marshall profiles for the rhythm & leads
there are some AFD marshall profiles here, you'd better use the site's search engine, lots of threads & profiles on the Rig .eX too.

Thanks.
I thought somebody maybe got experience with the song and a suitable profile.
(esp. the crunch sound) -
Look for a Marshall Jubilee profile as this is Slash's favourite amp.
-
Thanks!

Find a Jubilee solo sound you like, and then try turning down the guitar volume knobs with the same rig. That may give you the crunch sound you are looking for.
I didn't have Slash in mind with the Jubilee rigs I put on the Rig Exchange, but, they may be a starting point for you. They have plenty of gain, but, get crunchy, and then get clean with the guitar volume knob.

Exactly! That is the beauty of the Jubilee amp - it is very responsive to playing dynamics and guitar volume knob changes. I used to run two of them in stereo, but my KPA makes a much smaller and lighter package, with the same sound.

I love that amp!
-
Me, too - I've owned at least seven of them over the years, but kept just one after getting the KPA.
